This policy explains how Tianjin Sentinel Electronics Co., Ltd. ("Sentinel", "we") collects and uses information when you browse this website and when you submit the inquiry form. Sentinel is the data controller. Requests about your personal data can be sent through the contact details published on the Contact page.

• Information you submit through the inquiry form: name, phone or email, requirements (required); company, inquiry type, model or order code of interest (optional); and system fields: submission time, source page, submission ID, consent status and the version of this policy.
• Information recorded automatically: standard server logs (time, requested URL, network address, browser identifier) kept for security and troubleshooting only, for no longer than six months. Aggregate traffic statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, cross-site tracking or personal profiles.
• We do not collect advertising click identifiers and we do not build advertising profiles from inquiries.

This site does not set cookies and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Because of this, there is no separate cookie settings dialog.

We process inquiry data only to reply to, assign and follow up your product selection, documentation, distribution or technical support request, and to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. The legal basis is your consent (inquiry form) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (server logs, aggregate statistics). We do not sell personal data and we do not use inquiry data for unrelated marketing.

The website runs on Cloudflare's global network. Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS, validated on our server and stored in a restricted Notion workspace operated by Notion Labs, Inc., accessible only to the sales, engineering and management staff who follow up inquiries. Your consent to this storage is collected with a separate, unticked checkbox on the form. If you do not consent, you can still contact us by phone or email.

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last meaningful contact and are then deleted or anonymized, unless a contract, a dispute or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

You can request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, ask for data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests through the Contact page; we may verify your identity and will respond within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

This website serves business users in industrial automation. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes are announced before you next submit the form.
